Some areas could use better maintenance!!! Weak water pressure in showers left an uncomfortable bathing experience!!! Room layout feels cramped and disorganized!!! Staff could improve communication regarding amenities and closures!!!

The clean hot tub was refreshing, but the missing smoke alarm was concerning.

Would recommend for a short weekend trip
Comfortable room, friendly staff, equipped with a microwave that made breakfast easier when dining in the attached dining area, and the free wi-fi allowed me to plan my outings for the day.
Parking was a bit congested with work equipment around the building.

The room was super comfy with nice, clean sheets, and we also enjoyed a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool after a busy day. The breakfast options were decent but could definitely use more variety. Just a heads up, the check-in process felt a bit rushed, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

Nice pool area for kids but the shower pressure was low.

The kids loved having the pool mostly to themselves during our stay! It was a great way to unwind after our daily adventures. Plus, Millennium Park nearby offered fun activities, making it a perfect spot for family outings.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could use more variety for picky eaters.

Decent for the price
We stayed for a night and it was pretty much what we expected for an older place. Price was nice and breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly enough, but the room had some issues like a smoky smell. The picnic area was a nice spot to chill for a bit, though. Not the best, but it got the job done.

Not so Quality Inn
Accidentally found the microwave light switch near the door. annoying. Shower had weak pressure with water still coming from the tub faucet. No hairdryer in the room. Clean and quiet, but the breakfast was just standard fare. For the price, not sure if I'd choose it again.

Couple looking for affordable options
Had a decent stay with an average breakfast that hit the spot in the morning I’ll admit and a comfy bed that made it somewhat worthwhile. The staff was friendly enough even if they had their hands full during breakfast rush
Not exactly cheap but you pay for what you get at this level

some good things but lacks breakfast options
The front desk attendant was attentive and friendly during our stay. She ensured the breakfast area was well taken care of, making mornings more pleasant. I also appreciated the common areas. they were inviting and well-maintained, which eased our navigation throughout the hotel.
The breakfast offering was limited, which was disappointing.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a clean and quiet room, complemented by a comfortable bed perfect for unwinding. Breakfast had limited options, so consider dining out nearby for more variety. The front desk was friendly, but check all amenities before settling in to avoid surprises.

Decent stay with room for improvement
The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience during my trip. However, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited and lacking variety, which could definitely be improved for a better start to the day.
